• Provide and improve the coaching platform experience
• Enable your coach to create, monitor, and adjust your training and nutrition plans
• Send authentication codes and essential service notifications to your email

The Coaches App does not sell your personal data to third parties. Your information may be shared only in the following cases:

• With your assigned coach: your coach has access to your fitness data, nutrition data, and progress to provide personalized coaching
• With service providers: we use trusted third-party services (such as cloud hosting and email delivery) that process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements

Your data is stored on secure servers with industry-standard encryption. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. Cookies and Local Storage

The Coaches App uses local storage and session tokens to keep you authenticated and to cache data for offline access. These are required for the app to work and do not need your consent.

On our own website we additionally use the Meta pixel and its Conversions API to measure which ads bring in coaches who go on to use the platform. They are only activated if you accept them in the cookie notice: if you decline, no tracker is loaded and nothing is sent to Meta. You can change your mind by clearing the site data in your browser. We never load advertising trackers on coaches' domains.
