Scheduling

Scheduling for personal trainers: bookings and video calls without the back-and-forth.

You decide how often you meet each client and which slots you open. The app invites them every cycle, they pick a slot, and the video call is created with its link. No more juggling times over chat.

Scheduling

Bookings and video calls on autopilot.

You set how often you meet each client (weekly, monthly). A few days before, they get an email to pick the time that suits them best from the slots you've opened. The video-call link is created automatically.

  • Clients pick a time from the slots you've opened
  • You set the cadence (weekly, monthly) and the system invites them each cycle
  • A Google Meet link is created automatically for every meeting
  • Mark holidays and time off, or let your Google Calendar block the slots

Frequency per client, automatic invitations

Weekly, fortnightly or monthly check-ins: set it once per client. A few days before each meeting the client gets an email to book one of the slots you opened. If they move it, you find out without lifting a finger.

Google Meet and Google Calendar, nothing else to set up

Every meeting comes with a Google Meet link created automatically. Connect your Google Calendar and turn the option on, and your personal events block slots so nobody books over them, while your sessions show up in the calendar you already use.

Exception dates and reminders

Mark the specific dates you don't work (holidays, time off) and the scheduler offers no slots on those days. Video-call sessions or your own meeting link, and a reminder to the client before each meeting.
