Everything included: training, nutrition, scheduling, payments, chat and AI assistant. Your brand and your app, with no paid add-ons or locked features. The demo client doesn't count: practise as much as you want before you pay. Deactivate a client and billing stops right away, prorated.

There's no bot and no ticket form behind The Coaches App: you write and the person building the platform answers. Questions, issues and suggestions that genuinely make it onto the roadmap.
Prices in euros, billed monthly, no lock-in. Activating or deactivating a client adjusts your subscription automatically.

How much does The Coaches App cost?
You pay per active client and month: €8 for clients 1 to 10, €6 for clients 11 to 30 and €5 from client 31 on. If you have no active clients in a month, your bill is €0. No fixed fee, no paid add-ons, no lock-in, and the demo client doesn't count.
Do my clients see my brand or The Coaches App's?
Yours. Your logo, your colours, your typography, your login screen and your landing page. There is no “powered by” and no third-party name anywhere: to your clients, the app is entirely yours.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. From day one you get your subdomain (yourbrand.thecoaches.app) and, whenever you want, you connect your own domain: app.yourbrand.com or simply yourbrand.com. It is included in the per-client price at no extra cost.
What exactly is included?
Everything, from day one: training plans with sets, reps and RPE; meal plans with calories and macros that calculate themselves; scheduling with bookings and video calls; payment tracking; chat with your clients with text, images and voice notes; and Kinai, the AI assistant. No features are locked behind a plan.
Do I need an app in the store? Does it work on phones?
No app store needed. Your clients install it with one tap on their home screen, full screen and with notifications. It works offline at the gym and syncs workouts when the connection is back.
How do bookings and video calls work?
You decide how often you meet each client (weekly, monthly…) and which slots you open. A few days before, the client gets an email to pick a slot among the available ones. The Google Meet link is created automatically. You can mark dates you don't work (holidays, time off) and, if you connect your Google Calendar and turn the option on, your events block slots so nobody books over them.
How do I keep track of client payments?
Each client has a billing cycle (weekly to yearly). You see at a glance who has paid, who is due and who is overdue, with automatic reminders, and you mark each payment with one tap. You keep collecting money the way you do today; the app keeps the books.
